"In the midst of winter, I've found there was within me an invincible summer." Albert Camus

The warmth of hope and resilience glowed brightly, a beacon that guides us through the coldest days.

No matter how fierce the storm or how biting the chill, this summer echoes of renewal and strength.

A testament to the power of perseverance and the unyielding beauty of hope, faith and trust in the invisible fabric of the infinite that resides within each of us, untethered.

The gentle embrace of autumn, speaks of timeless wisdom.

As the leaves turned into shimmering shades of amber and gold, falling gracefully to the earth, they show the beauty of letting go.

Its shifting colours, an echo: In every ending lies the seed of a new beginning, of a new cycle that mirrors the tenacity of the human spirit, unbridled.

Autumn, with its cool air and crisp mornings, invites acceptance, compassion, self-love: Human emotions often buried under the burdens of the unconscious mind.

It reminds us of the patient endeavour of transformation, neither immediate or visible rather of the gradual unfolding of potential.

In the heart of autumn, a truth akin to the invincible summer within: Resilience is not merely surviving the storms, but thriving amidst change.

It is the quiet voice that cannot be tamed or tarnished, carrying us with gentleness yet pushing us forward, through the cycles of life, so that as we fall, we rise again, renewed, transformed, stronger, kinder and whole.
