• A digital roadmap that captures the planning process with pointers to carry out timely evaluation of the change program, with recommended follow-through action.

• Feed-forward meetings on a fortnight basis whether remotely or in person, (In person meetings London area -only. Location TBA)

• End-to-end support via email.

• A flat hourly rate for any further meeting required, whether virtual or in person.

• Calibration meetings can be agreed towards the completion of the program.
