Employee Experience (EX): Why it matters.



How do people feel about your company?


What are the embodied values?


Is there clarity around the direction of the business ?


The emphasis on meaningful and purposeful work, and a call for positive action has never been greater.


Burn out has reached the tipping point.


People are going for greener manures and within reason (and hearts).


We live and work in a very different World today.


The tide has changed.


The pandemic has changed employee expectations, making vital for businesses to understand evolving expectations and reimagine their Employee Value Proposition (EVP).


Change is a matter of "Mind-Set", aka learned behaviours that need unlearning and re-learning to adapt, to build readiness and resilience in order to sustain transformation and growth at scale.


Ask yourself:


❓ "What will happen if we do this differently?"

❓ "What will happen if we don't?

❓ "What won't happen if we do this differently?"

❓ "What won't happen if we do not?


By challenging your thinking, you will stimulate curiosity, openness, exploration and innovation, engaging with others in the process, and you may also re-discover a sense of playfulness and empowerment as you move through the process collaboratively.


Creating and designing "experiences" is about "the produced feeling."


How you do it, determines the ultimate outcome.


By connecting, engaging, trusting and "dancing" in the not-knowing ties with a foundational readiness to embrace change, flowing with it instead of 'resisting' it by default.
